What forms of payment are accepted?

We want to ensure a secure checkout process for our customers and we accept: PayPal and the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro

 

What is the currency of the store? Can I pay in another currency?

All customers are billed in AUD's and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). We have no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to offer international shipping.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 10 to 25 business days, depending on how quickly your product is able to clear your country's customs. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your goods arrived, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

 

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
